could anyone give me a rough idea as to how much homebrew shops sell new longneck bottles for, cheers

That's the way I go, generally a keg and 2 to 3 bottles from a brew.

Yep. Will start doing that as of next batch.
...and yeah, nice setup you've got there Grabman. I like the idea of the internal and external gas lines. Might rip that idea off myself

go for your life Evo, whack em up for the world to see.
The external gas line is a real bonus when cleaning kegs! Don't need to leave fridge open etc and with long line on beer gun can shoot all the crap straight outside and down the drain!
