Try this Polar.....

ESB English bitter tin,
Liquid Amber malt 1kg,
Hallertau finishing hops
Saf Yeast to create a similar style beer.

A bit of chocolate grain might go down a treat in it, too. Say 100g, steeped in warm water then strained and the liquid boiled with the other ingredients.
