a friend of mine wants me to make him somthing similar to Irish Mist
he said that it is a honey whiskey...???
has anybody heard of this,? and if possible i would love a recipe.

Chek under the spirits section here or at brewcraft.com.au.
they generally have spirits essences.
Basically ferment a shitload of dextrose with turbo yeast (it can handle the alcohol content), filter, and add essence, and any other additives to make a similar liquor.
It'll be about 20%, it's illegal to use a still to increase the alcohol content here in Australia, but you can always buy an essential oils still, and use that, then add your essences etc.
