Hi all,
I've been looking through the threads and just wanted to respond to a topic that's been in a few of them. To point - Aluminum pots, cans, etc are directly responsible for Alzheimer disease.
This is patently false. There is a "current common belief that Alzheimer's disease is caused or exacerbated by exposure to aluminum (particularly through the use of aluminum cookware). There is currently no hard evidence to either implicate or rule out aluminum as a major cause of Alzheimer's disease, and the belief that aluminum is a major cause was largely the product of contamination and errors in test procedures."

So - This brewer brews in a honking big aluminum pot.
