Hi guys,
Love your site, have learned plenty about brewing from your site.Ive only started brewing in the last couple of years and have had about a 100 brew put down.I am only a kit brewer with limited access to hbs. I have Woolies,Coles and a hardware shop, can travel 2.5hrs to major city in central Qld.
What I am after, if any can help me is a recipe for Grolch premium lager and has anybody got a good recipe for Corona. I love Belgian ales so any help on these would be muchly appreciated.
Cheers from the tropics

Tazman,
These are just suggestions, and I'm open to criticism and correction ...
For Grolsch, I'd try a Pilsner can with 250g of dextrose and 750g malt, as Grolsch is quite malty from memory. Add 10g or 15g of Hallertauer hops steeped in water for 10 minutes.
For Corona, apparently the Coopers Mexican Cerveza is not a bad imitation.
Do a search on this forum and you should turn up some more info, particularly on the Coopers Mexican.
Can't help with the Belgian ales, sorry.
Oliver
