floaties

Post by dhc4ever »

Heres the problem,
3 weeks ago I brewed up a batch of Coopers ginger beer, made it non alcoholic for the kids.
Had a look at it today as theyre bugging me to try it, MMMMM we have floaties on top and sedement on the bottom, this did not go down well with the kids, funny that.
So is this normal or have I created the modern equivilent to penicillian?
Everything was soaked for an hour in a bleach solution and rinsed as per the coopers kit instructions before mixing.
Havent tried the taste test yet and the wife wont let me use the kids as lab rats.
Are floaties a problem??
