Try a 'Wals' Pilsner kit from the Country Brewer.

Yep. That is a great one.

X-Tract lager is good too.

I just made one with 25g SuperAlpha

My pick of lagers is as follows:

1 Wals Lager by The Country Brewer - by far the best lager I have brewed

2 Coopers Bavarian Lager - add vienna grain and use liquid German Lager Yeast and it's outstanding

3 Xtract Pilsner A great brew

All of these brews have been dry hopped with Hallertau or Saaz and are outstanding.

Muntons Connoisseurs Range Pilsner
1kg Light Dry Malt Extract
15g Willamette
10g Saaz
Safale US-56 yeast

Boiled the hops and malt for 5 mins and it turned out really nice.
