Your Brew Log

Does anyone have the brew log on the web??

Would be interested in having a look at a few to get some ideas other than the ones on here or in my brew book..

I keep a database, but its not on the web.

I have been brewing for about 8 years. I have not kept any records until this year. Wish I had! I just put it into a word doc, but now that I am doing more partials, I will probably start using something more sophisticated.

I keep all mine in an excel spreadsheet. One row per brew. It's both a log of what I brewed and the recipes, as well as an inventory of what I still have in stock.

I was browsing the liquorcraft web site the other day and noticed a brewers log there it might be helpful.

Same here, in a similar style as da_damage_done's website notes.
Includes things as Start Date, Rack Date, Priming Qty, Bottled Date, Recipe, OG, SG's & FG, and a section where i can put some notes of anything I want.
Comes in handy!

Mine is kept in an OpenOffice Base file, or MS Access for the microsoft inclined

I keep the number, brand, type, special name, bottling date, all ingredients split into malts, sugars, hops and other, notes on specific boiling times or other unusual variables, initial and final gravity, yeast used, tasting notes and stock remaining.

I was supposed to build myself a nice little graphical interface so i could keep all sorts of brew, bottle, stock and ingredient details in one complete package, but its just been far too long since I learned how, so its pretty much a glorified spreadsheet for the moment.

I'm using the miniblog plugin to wordpress.

Nothing special about this... it's just standard blogging software, really. I might write something that's homebrew specific at some stage, but that would require diverting time from brewing! :)
