The Country Brewer - Classic Oak Wetpak

Post by The Carbonator »

Brewed to instructions. ( but used a Cal Ale yeast starter )
You actually throw Oak Chips to the fermenter.

Just tasted first one.... :P

Its darker than I expected.
Very good, strong flavour. A little bit roasty.
Very well balanced maltiness/bitterness.
I thoroughly recommend it.
One of the best.

Do yourselves a favour, and go buy one NOW.
