Cherry lager

Post by Chris »

I am almost ready to lager a cherry lager.

I used:

Coopers Bav lager
20g herz-hallertau flavour
250g crystal
23L volume

I racked onto 2.1kg of frozen cherries, that I pasturised on the stove for 30 min at 72*C.

I can't decide whether to add any aroma hops, or just to use the cherry aroma.

Anyone?

No problem. If you do a search on this site for blueberry wheat, you should find the tasting notes for that. It was about 6 months ago.
