Tastes really good young, dont think I will get a chance to taste it as it later on at the rate its dissapearing with my brother and sisters bf here.

Tried it with a different american hop? I'm really not all that partial to Cascade

Nope, just the cascade and once with no hops.
It would probably go pretty well with whatever hop of choice you use. The US-56 seems to make a really nice crisp ale and brings out the hops flavour/aroma.

Hehe that's why so many people here have 2, 3, 4, 5 or more fermenters ;) But then you start to hit another limit of existance... space.
I would make a cool joke about the space-time continuum here, but I'm not imaginative enough. Perhaps something about 4-D brewing?
