Which brew next??

Post by Timmsy »

I have 3 different Coopers tins sitting in my kitchen ready to go. I have the Stout, Australian Pale Ale and Mexican Cerveza. I was thinking of doing either the pale or cerveza. I was wandering what would you good guys do and add to do these?? I have to buy other ingridiants so im not fussed what i have to get. So i want to get the best out of these suckers so how would go about doing either one. I am going to go to my HBS and get them in the next fews days so i can put em down on the weekend. I want to start building a supply for summer!!!!

For the pale ale try the tin of goo and a suitable brew booster. Steep 30gm Cascade and add to primary. Dry hop another 30gm in secondary.
An APA of sorts.

Im a bit of a beer pig so i would suggest getting more fermenters then you wont have to choose  the summer stocks would also pile up alot quicker to 8) That said you cant go wrong with the old 1kg light dried malt and hops to taste id suggest the same but just experiment as everyones tastes are different

Try steeping and dry hopping Goldings for an EPA.

Now is also the time temperature wise to do the Cerveza, try Cascade or Tettnanger in that.
