Hey all, was wondering if anyone knows of any Gluten free brews, cos my cousins misses is gluten intolerant ??? She really loves a brew ?

A quick peruse of wikipedia seems to suggest that the only way for a homebrewer to make a gluten-free beer is with an all grain recipe, using rice, sorghum, corn or buckwheat and a very small proportion (or even none at all) of barley.
Unfortunately, it does not appear to be possible to do using regular kits, extract recipes or partials.

ive never tried this but here u go
Gluton Free Beer
muscovado sugar 500g
raw cane sugar 450g
black strap molasses 450g ( or honey or Treacle )
bittering hops golden cluster 40g
finishing hops cascade 10g
yeast nutrient 1t
safale yeast
( boil the bittering hops for 40 mins )
final volume 22l
