3 fermenters (two for primaries/secondaries, one for bulk priming). I've just started brewing so I'm trying to build up my collection so that I end up drinking mostly 3 month old beer rather than 3 week old beer like now :)

Trouble is it's hard to not drink the really good brews, so the best ones don't ever really make it to three months

Thats exactly why i run four all the time, most of my beers age for at least three months and once the stocks are up its more like 6-12 months

1 x morgans bitter

2 x black rock pale ale

2 x black rock cider

1 x morgans dark ale

Been quiet year on the brewing front for me, change of jobs has seen to that.. :(

I have 2 x 60 litre fermenters. 4 x 25 litre fermenters.

And about 2000 empty tallies
Politicians and Diapers need to be changed regularly for the very same reason!!!

I have three fermenters and one cube. Most of the beer..(well, some) I have brewed is in storage maturing.

This is pretty much everything I made since June this year. The first half of the year my fermenter was pretty quiet.

Ginger Beer with lime - Made with 1kg ginger root

Dark Lager - Own recipe partial mash, see recipe in "what's next?", first brew that was racked. Will never not rack again.

Dusty mud irish stout - All grain recipe by Charlie Papazian

Spider's Tongue Rauchbier - All grain recipe by Charlie Papazian

Quince cider - see recipe in "what's next?" First brew made with my girlfriend. First brew bulk primed, a sign of things to come.

As you can see, the last few months have really boosted my specialty beer collection, but I yearn for a Pale Ale in the Summer. I'll put one down in a couple of weeks. ATM I'm thinking another own recipe partial mash.
I left my fermenter in my other pants

Rhizoma Zingberis: 2kg LDME + 500g Dex + 500g Lac + 500g lemons sliced + 250g ginger

In progress:

Brigalow Cider + 1kg brewing sugar
