I've just put on two brews and have taken samples out from them.
Both samples are cloudy and have billions upon billions of white bits floating around in them. The beer has little aroma (but smells fine) and tastes slightly sour. Every single sample I've taken has masses of white bits floating around in them.
did you use a saf yeat? Quite a bit of yeast tends to clump inside the tap when i have used it. You have to discard the first bit of beer that comes through the tap. Then it should be clear.
