Fantastic beer. Do yourself a favour & try it.
Has a nice roasty punch in the front & finishes with a hint of vanilla & creaminess & a slight rum flavour. Better than their (already fantastic) regular Porter. I cant get enough of it at the moment.

I had the choice earlier this afternoon between a six pack of this or the Snowy Mountains Bullocks Pilsner. I opted to try the Pils & all I can say is - 'BULLOCKS'. Load of rubbish. I am seriously regretting my decision

A homebrew is like a fart, only the brewer thinks it's great.

Looks like I missed out on this, both Dan Murphys and Vintage Cellars sold out weeks ago.

Drinking one now.
Its not significantly better than the stock Porter IMHO, but its pretty pleasant. Leave it in the glass for a while and it grows on you as you get further into it.
Reminds me a lot of the Deep Roast Ale kit that MSB do, so if you like Rum Rebellion, give that a shot.
For curious sandgropers, The International Beer Shop has a few sixpacks in the fridge this evening.

Drinking one right now :D Absolutely beautiful!

Better go back and get a few more before they're all sold out.

Stu, I was drinking one at exactly the same time, very nice, now if only I had bought a whole carton, as they did have them packed up to the ceiling at Dan's.

I got mine from Dan Murphy's in Ballarat, they seemed to have plenty of stock on the weekend.
We seem to be a bit behind though because I think they may have only just got it in.

All of the few Vintage Cellars that I've been to recently seem to still have it in stock.

I tried a couple of stubbies yesterday, not a bad drop at all. Got it at Foodworks in Gisborne, they had plenty in the fridge.
Cheers Choco
