Started my first brew on Tuesday, a Coopers Dark....I got the starting gravity to about 1038 or there abouts...I was planning to wait about a week and then move it to the secondary ferementor......
Is there anyone with some experience with this brew give some advice in terms of anything additional that can be added during the brewing process....
thanks...
First brew, would like some tips

For the first few brews, I reckon keep it simple. Get the basics right, then start experimenting when you're sure you are able to turn out a good drinkable brew.
Happy drinking.
