I've brewed a few kits along time ago but am recently getting back into it and would like to add hops,malts to experiment with different tastes etc...I haven't been able to find a site that gives any guidance on such things as how/when to add the hops or malts or other stuff that can be added....
I currently have a Coopers dark in the primary and will be moving it to the secondary later this week...Someone suggested adding fuggles hops to it...would I do this as I"m putting it in the secondary?...Any advice on this next step would be appreciated..thanks..
