Hello All
Could some please give me a recipe for wheat beer i plan on useing a morgans a coopers or a brew craft but would like to know what kind of malt to use and what else i need to get eg what hops and yeast to use.

You could try 1kg of wheat malt, tetnnanger or hallertau finishing hops and a Safbrew T-58 yeast if you can find one.

One I've done which is great couresy of AussieClaret is this:
Morgans Golden Sheaf Wheat
Morgans Master Blend Beer Enhancer 1kg
500g dextrose
Hallertau hops
Makes a very nice drop - I've done three of that recipe. I've only ever used the kit yeast, which goes fine.

Pixelboy, I did that one, along with a honey porter for the "end of semester celebration" for a group I'm in. It was all gone before any of the commercial beer was touched.

hey there
i brewed up a wheat beer yesterday morning, a pretty simple affair really:
Muntons wheat mix
1kg wheat malt
500g dextrose
and i used the yeast that came in the pack
we'll see how it goes

If you want you can steep in some torified wheat (ie the same stuff you can get at the supermarket) for body and colour.
