I bottled a Coopers Real Ale & 750 gms BE2 on 13/9/06.
I cannot pour it as the glass is all bubbles.
The colour is Ok... Smell is Ok.. just all head.
Anyone got any suggestions... will it get better ?
Don't want to Chuck it...

Unpourable beer
Too high carbonation. You could burp the bottles over a few days. It's a hit-and-miss method but should produce eventual results. If they are crown sealed, gently pry open trying not to ruin the cap too much, wait for the foam to threaten escaping, then re-cap. You may have to repeat this over a few days to allow enough gas to escape. It'll be obvious if the crown seals are no longer working. Easy if you're just using PET bottles.

I would say it's still too highly carbonated. Even though you may have primed with your usual amount of sugar, perhaps there were some slower fermenting sugars left over at bottling. As it's not gushing on opening, but foaming on pouring, try taking the top off one and letting it sit several minutes at least. Re-cap, then set back in fridge. Open later and try pouring. If this works out OK, repeat for the other bottles. You may have to experiment a little with times to rid the excess suspended CO2. If they are getting less foamy with time open, then you know you're heading in the right direction.
Let us know how you get on.

Thanks for the replies gents.
Ed.
Are you always right ?
Yesterday arvo I cracked the top and released the gas.
This morning I did it again to see what was happening... gas
It's now after 1pm and I tried pouring... only about 25 mm of head..
Looks like I have a little gas to get rid of.
Thanks again,
