Hey all got a cuz coming up for Christmas, I wanna make something like a Feral White or one of those fruitier white beers. I am only doing partials at the moment so if there are any ideas out there it would be great to hear them.
Cheers,
Cookies

I think yeast choice and temperature are the two things you need to think about the most.

If you wanted something lighter you could do a wheat beer? You could use the Safwheat, which I think brews at the same temp as the Safale?
I just put down one with orange and corriander. For the same thing - chrissy.
Could someone confirm that?

Yeah, sounds like you could do a wheat. I've done a
Hoegaarden clone a couple of times which people like.
