A word of thanks...

Post by Mark_the_Brewer »

Hi All,
I've recently taken the big first step of brewing my own beer (fermenting brew number 2 as I type), and just wanted to drop a quick line and say hi, as well as to say a quick thanks for all the valuable advice contained on the site/forum.

I'm told the first few steps along the path to good 'homebrew' can be daunting, however you have all helped to light the path.

Thanks again... I look forward to churning out some top beers in the future, and hopfully being able to knock off one or two frothies with you all in thanks :)

What a tops attitude!
There are so many people out there with a "little' knowledge at the ready to knock anyone with an opinion.

Here's a bloke who's absorbed some info and then thanked the opinionated!

Good on you!

I hope you get as much out of brewing your own as I have! Minus the beer gut of course! ;)

Trust me blokes... I'm more than putting in the hard yards towards the beer gut :)

Thanks also for the replies guys; I'm definately one for research, and being able to tap the knowledge of so many experienced brewers has been invaluable (I just hope i'm able to impart similar knowledge to the newbies in the future).
