Try a search. There was thread in the receipe section not long ago where someone (boonie I think) wanted to make swill for his father in law.

Please bear in mind that most people are here because there is a world of beer to discover and enjoy. As a whole, brewers can be rather savage in assessments of most mega swill beers and Tooheys may be thought of as a prime example of underflavoured, overrated commercial swill.

But if thats what gets you going, I am sure you will find a something close.

I was actually pleasantly surprised with the Toohey's Lager kit I made (got it for free), though the yeast was dead.

I made a middy out of it with 500gm of ldme & a spare muntons yeast I had in the fridge, simple but effective quaffer.

csimmo2,

http://www.homebrewandbeer.com/forum/vi ... ght=#39998

Beermakers Draught
Morgans Extra Pale 1.5kg Liquid Malt
Safale s23 Lager yeast.
SG 1042

As mentioned in thread, turned out OK and my Father In Law actually liked it.......sick bastard

It's OK for a commercial clone IMO.

I am at work so I do not have FG......I'm at lunch if my boss is on here

Cheers

Boonie
A homebrew is like a fart, only the brewer thinks it's great.

the country brewer website has a recipe sheet for making "commercial style beers" - not sure if tooheys draught is on there but i think i recall seeing a VB recipe (can't imagine who would want to use it...)
