Sorry pale_ale

flipping between a few forums and names start to merge into one.......

To make up for my slight i will call this beer after you (yes, still naming mny beers altho not with the same level of crudeness in the past.....)

So its Two Docs 'Show me the way to Amarillo' Pale Ale!

Cheers

Hey, at least you didn't get possessed_haemorage's name wrong, you would have had to name a beer after that name...you got off easy with Pale Ale buddy!

Nothing's wrong with it, I'd just like to see drsmurto incorporate it into his next brew name    Interested where you got it from though!

Wow this brew is still bright orange. Anyone else ever experience this? I think I overdid the hops, I mean I like a bit of bitter but this is pretty damn bitter...will it subside, or is there a way of correcting it? (day 4 of fermentation)

How about these? heh
Possessed Beerage
Pilsnered Beverage

The name is a song title from the album The Magus, by an Australian metal band called Sadistik Exekution. I kinda regret choosing it now because it's too bloody long to type in all the time haha. I might resign up under another name sometime with a more alcohol orientated name, like Shane_MacGowan. haha.

Pilsnered Beverage it is!

On a serious note any answers to my hop balance problem? Is it too late to do something?

I'd say it pretty much is, in that it's probably not worth mucking with it. You could theoretically boil and add say another 500g of LDME or something to increase the malt character, but I think you should just bottle it, and if it's too hoppy, put it away for 3 months and after that time it'll probably be perfect.
