i havn't made up a recipe yet but i'v got a marzen planned to brew for march and to be conditioned till october in true octoberfest style :), i did the same thing last year but last years was a K+K this years will be all grain and hopefully taste better as the last one suffered from a small amount of oxidation after 6 months :(

I hadn't even thought about an Oktoberfest yet. I better get my order in.

I'll put my recipe up if you want it erik.

Yeah Chris I'm fairly eager to get organised.
Australia Day went off quite well, with 6 brews on offer.

I've currently got the following bottled - a Dogbolter, Pale Ale, Leffe Blonde, Stout, PIls and for the ladies GB & lemonade.

Soon to put down a Doppelbock, Oatmeal Stout.

I'm hoping to have some 15 beers on offer.

Gotta love this hobby, still only doing some simple brews, but most of them turn out great. THe best thing is the missus cleans the bottles.....

Of course being in the Southern Hemishpere, should we be trying to get an Oktoberfest in March?

Cheers,
Greg

keen to look at the Marzan recipe - I'm still basic so a K&K would be fine with me
