Brewcraft Bavarian wheat kit
1 kg liquid wheat malt
500gm LDME
250gm Dex
250gm Corn Syrup
350gm Honey
20gm Saaz hops
Orange rind from 2 oranges
Boiled for 50 minutes (except kit and honey )
Orange rind boiled added to the boil @ 20 minute mark (30 minute boil time) .
O.G 1060
Safale/wheat K-97 yeast
Although seems alot of fermentables OG is not that high , smelt heavenly in the fermenter , hoping it stays that way in the bottle . What do u fella's think ?

160 is a pretty highish OG...

Sounds good mate.. check out the Wheat/Hoegaarden discussuions from late last year..

Guess I'm used to brewing alot of stouts with that kida OG , still be very interested to taste this one . Not really a wheat drinker but this one has me curious .
