Dry or liquid extract ale recipe suggestions?

G'day guy's, i recently got myself a 19l brew pot from Big W for $20!!

I'm after some suggestions for either a pale ale or sparkling ale recipe's in teh vaine of coopers if anyone has any, i have some crystal grain leftover and am keen to use it!!
