Yes it is
I'd also caution others to maybe think twice before promoting or assisting an illegal activity on a public forum.

I am only answering a question!!!!!

As always I will always state my opininion, as is my right under the laws of this great COUNTRY NAMED AUSTRALIA!!!!!!!!!

Under the laws of this country I am entitled to FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION, FREEDOME OF SPEECH AND, MOST IMPORTANTLY TO WORSHIP WHOEVER AND WHATEVER I LIKE.

As is my right, I choose to worship my GOD as a Presbyterian Christian, and as so choose to drink beer, wine and whatever else I choose, as is my right under the laws in my Country, which I believe is THE GREATEST F...CKING COUNTRY ON EARTH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Christians, Egyptians, (who I believe were the first culture to make and drink beer, as both a form of relaxation and religious worship) who are Muslims, Indians, who are Hindu and almost every other country on this earth drink beer wine spirits or fermented fruit, milk or other substances to get high. In some cultures they smoke substances or injest substances to get high!!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry if I shout here, BUT IF I WANNA GIVE ADVICE TO ANYBODY, BE THEY CHRISTIAN, MUSLIM OR SOME OTHER MINORITY RELIGION I WILL DO IT AND EVERYOEN WHO DISAGREES CAN GO SIT ON IT AND ROTATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thus ends the lesson according to Wassa.

GOD BLESS AUSTRALIA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

LOLOLOL

Seriously though, there are no legal implications for giving advice regarding home brewing on an Australian website from an Australia-based PC, regardless of who that advice is given to. Period.

LOL

Although, Freedom of Speech has limitations and it is illegal to provide info on crime-related activities.

That said, in this case we are on an Australian forum and alcohol is not illegal, therefore we are able to advise on this.

actually pale, that's an interesting aside.

it comes as a surprise to many that Australia has no enshrined right to free speech.

they think we have fredom of speech, I think, because they see it referred to in american films, TV etc, and assume it applies here.

it doesn't.

even though it is not stated in our constituation (as it is in the US), the high court has ruled that it is "implied", but this protection only extends to political matters.

it is argued that it is better to leave it as a grey area, because when you define something you run the risk of limiting it.

so if you think you have legally protected right to say what you want in this country, you don't, unless it's to bag a pollie or his decisions, but even then there are limitations.

So very true. We really don't have true "freedom of speech" in Australia. Defamation of character can be interpreted in a very wide sense.

glad rap goes on top of the bucket with a pin prick in it to let out extra air
hose to siphon bear at end cool drink bottles to beer in not bottled water bottles lid won't take presure
