Midstrength got ingrediants

hey i got some tooheys special larger and coopers brew enhancer 1 lying around and i've decided to do a mid strengh (because some times my dad will only have mid as he dosen't feel like real beer so he won't have a beer with me and that can spoil the night) so what the best way to make a mid strength

Just put in half the BE1.

If you just use the can and the bag of BE1 then it's only going to be somewhere around 4.5%. If you want to get it lower than this all you need to do is put in less BE2. I'd recommend 750g to get the brew around 4%.

If you dont feel like a full strength beer then maybe you shouldnt make a full strength beer maybe only make a half strength beer or a light beer so just use less fermentables use a calculator to determine how many fermantables to put into the brew i would suggest a can and then 500g ldm then check your readings and then take a breath. phew :lol:

Bang on 3.5%

Should taste alright.
