Sinha (NOT Singha) beers

Post by MagooMan »

Tried this range of beers ( there is a lager and a stout ) at Dan Murphy's a while back. The lager has a faint rose coloured tinge to it with low carbonation and tastes awesome. The stout is about 8% and has an aftertaste of coffee and tirimasu. If anybody else has tried them and/or can suggest a recipe , please reply.
Deutsches Reinheitsgebot: Deutsches Bier ist von Wasser, Hefe, Hepfen und Malz gemacht. Wenn nicht, DASS IST GAR KEIN BIER!!! Ich liebe Kuupers Koelsch und Frueh Koelsch.

Are you talking about the Sri Lankan beer?

I've had the lager at a Sri Lankan restaurant. It was pretty tasty combined with the food. The owner was so suprised that a non-Indian/Sri Lankan liked it, that he didn't charge me for them.

I haven't tried the stout though.

Can't help you with a recipe either.

I'll have to keep an eye out for it. Maybe Dan Murphys or something.
