New microbrewery in the Adelaide Hills

a new microbrewery has just opened up in the Adelaide Hills at Lobethal
I was driving past this arvo and I dropped in for a look
a very nice set up, you can see all the equipment behind glass
I had a Pale Ale and the missus had a Porter but they were both very tasty
it is called the Lobethal Bierhaus, opened today (26 may) I think
well worth a look

Driven past that a few times - was wondering when it would open. Will have to drop in on the way home one night and see if the porter gets close to Grumpys Black Betty. They've set the bar pretty damn high.....

Basically, a bunch of HBers get together, K&K thru to AG and swap brews over a pizza or 2. Got some good feedback last time i went.

With any luck i will be there this Friday.

cheers for the info, this friday is out as I have a long lunch to go to so will probably be no good by then
will keep an eye out for future ones as I am only 5 mins away in Littlehampton
just do kits and bits with the most adventurous I get is doing grumpys masterbrews, which are damn fine
