Link above is the shocker i had last night.....anyhow
This started as a standard beer, with plans for lots of LDM, Belgian Sugar, Goldings Hops and 2 Yeasts leftover, just having fun throwing stuff in together and seeing what it is like

Ended Up
1Kg of Belgian Specialty Sugar made from Raw Sugar,
not cooled, thrown in hot
.5kg Coopers LDM
.5kg Crystal Malt
1Kg minus spillage of approx 100g of CSR Brewing Sugar
100g Golden Syrup
100g Allowrie Honey
10g Cinnamon Sugar
20g Goldings 40 Minutes
10g Goldings 30 Minutes
15g POR 19 Minutes
2 x Coopers Pale Ale Yeasts.
SG 1054
It was sweet and not Malty, probably due to lack of malt

I will rack and throw in Goldings again, most likely 20g, for aroma.
Cheers
Boonie
