Sorry to ressurect an old thread but I thought since its about the same recipe...
I'm going to make this recipe again with some slight changes
Muntons Connoisseur Wheat Beer
1kg Dried Wheat Malt
15gm Hallertau hops at 20mins
15gm Hallertau hops at 5mins
250-500gm Lucerne Honey at flameout
I was going to use a K97 Safale yeast but I'm now wondering what liquid yeast would be good with it... I haven't used one before so I'm not sure. Would the Forbidden Fruit yeast work ok with it? Or would you recommend a different one?
Wheat Beer recipe using honey
You can get it from Grain and Grape online if you can't find it locally

I'm bottling one on the weekend that I've done with the Forbidden Fruit yeast, tastes great out of the fermeneter, can't wait to see how it turns out
