Hi all just did my first cooper's brew (lager), and it turnd out great & very strong. Had my doubt's when I first bought my micro kit but now am pleasantly pleased.
Welcome UFC, always good to see new friendly faces! I am sure you will be suprising even yourself at the quality of brew you can make with a bit of effort and help from the great people on this forum.

Glad to hear it, mate. I think the days of foul HB that detonates periodically are well and truly over. Once you start, you'll never go back to regular commercial brews.

Good luck with the next umpteen brews, mate. It's a fantastic hobby you've got yourself into, where the brewing is more addictive than the drinking!
