Good first brew

Hi all just did my first cooper's brew (lager), and it turnd out great & very strong. Had my doubt's when I first bought my micro kit but now am pleasantly pleased. :lol: :D

Glad to hear it, mate. I think the days of foul HB that detonates periodically are well and truly over. Once you start, you'll never go back to regular commercial brews. :D

Good luck with the next umpteen brews, mate. It's a fantastic hobby you've got yourself into, where the brewing is more addictive than the drinking!
