G'day all
It is time for me to rack my APA, which means it is time to brew again.
My head is still a little hazy from the oktoberfest i had on the sunday night, so i thought that i'd ask you guys what i should brew next.
It has to be an ale as the brew fridge is fermenting my pilsner at the mo..
I have made a few different APAs in the past, but maybe you guys could suggest something different.
I have: 2kg LDME, 1.7kg ELLME, 500g caramalt, 1.5kg crystal, choc malt, Malt shovel 2 row lager, Coopers Draught can, 500g cara pils, 500g pilsner malt, cara aroma, melanoidin,
I also ahve a muntons gold IPA.
My hops are: cascade, centennial, northern brewer, spalt, saaz, cluster, amarillo, chinook, goldings, williamette, tettenager, perle,
I've done a cascade perle combo, a cascade chinook cluster combo, an all amarillo brew, and an all cascade brew, so maybe something away from those types would be good.
Can you help me out?
Can you suggest something for me to make?
Can you suggest something for me to make?

I freely admit that I was Very Very Drunk....
"They speak of my drinking, but never consider my thirst."
I would do an IPA.
The Muntons Gold IPA can
The 2kg LDME
250g Caramalt (or the crystal if it is lighter)
250g Carapils
50g Melanoidin
The kit has about 20 IBUs so add bittering as you see fit, probably 1:1 with the OG.
Flavour and dry hop with whatever you are into at the moment.
Pitch it to the trub you have going, should go off well!
