Thats weird, I was just thinking the same thing less than a minute ago!

I am sure they are not the same thing, but I think if you rinsed well enough napisan would be just as good or better.

Keg line cleaner is oxyper (sodium percarbonate), napisan's active ingredient is also sodium percarbonate (25%). Not sure what the percentage of oxyper is sodium percarbonate, but I suspect it's higher than 25%, also not sure what the other 75% of napisan is.
