Feeling Left Out

Post by Rabbitz »

I am relatively new to the wonderful world of brewing, but I am feeling left out...

I haven't felt the need to panic about my brews fermenting too vigorously, or not vigorously enough. I am still unstressed whether my sanitising routine is good enough. I am yet to start worrying whether carbs drops are good enough or whether I should rack or if I should build a fermenting fridge....

So this leads me to the question, will I ever be good enough to be an "internet brewer"?

I just added that as I realise some folk around here take their HB very seriously, I was hoping to not stir such folk unnecessarily as I do understand it's just my obsession lies elswhere.

KEG, have you ever been a victim, or a 'takee", so to speak? :(

I've seriously never had a bad brew, but spent the first 5-6 batches worrying my a$$ off about sanitation, complete fermentation etc.

brewing's so much better when you learn to not worry, relx and have a homebrew.

Every time I have a friend around who's new to brewing, I give them the spiel on sanitation, then have to spend the rest of the time telling them to stop worrying that they just breathed in the general direction of the brew from the other side of the room :D .

Brewing's great, whether it's K&K or full mash, or anywhere in between.

sorry for a post where no piss was taken.
I left my fermenter in my other pants

If you find yourself after a homebrew still not able to relax and not worry, have another one.
