I remember when I was about 16, a teacher found a couple of cans of guinness in my bag. She started rambling on about her trips to Ireland, and one of the things she mentioned was that Guinness used to be brewed in iron vats, so they gave it to pregnant women as a source of iron. Then eventually they swapped to copper vats, and so it wasn't so good for you anymore.

Haha, nup, very relaxed school. Apparently one of the best in the region, but you could get away with a lot. Then again, it was England. They pretty much expect you to be in the pub by age 16.
