All this talk about this beer has made me think I may have to try to clone it!
I have 5 kilos of Weyerman Bop Pils, and a Wyeast 2001 Pils Urquell smack pack. Hops are Czech Saaz, and a fair bit of them I would think. 4.7% ABV.
Anyone have ideas?

kev, just make sure the aa% is 4% on the saaz, cos are far as i've been told, because of the drought in germany, the aa% is at about 2ish
you might need to use a different hop for bitterness, and use saaz just for flavour and aroma. you could maybe go halletau or something... but i guess a czech pils isnt a pils if it isnt made of all saaz....

I freely admit that I was Very Very Drunk....

Why not do your 90 minute addition with something like Hallertau, Hersbrucker, Tettnang with higher aa%?
It's not like you will have any flavour or aroma left from a boil for 90 minutes.
Then leave your 20 minutes and dry hopping as Saaz.
AFIK, BoPils should have an IBU in the range of 35 to 45 IBU, according to the BJCP guidelines, and you may need to check your calculations again if you use a different hop for your bittering.
Anyway, it's your beer, your recipe, and you have to drink it, so it's up to you what you do and how you do it.

Thanks warra, I guess the bitterness will not have much impact after steeping for a half hour and then being boiled for 1 and a half hours so it would probably be alright.
The OG is only 1.048 so I figured 20 was a good place to start. 35-45 wouldn't be balanced IMHO. I was originaly going for 25, but then thought best not to overshoot the target on the first go. I am not much of a stickler for guidelines myself, I just want beer that tastes great!
Might add 20 IBU's of another hop in the FWH and then add another 5 at 20 min with the Saaz, that sort of splits the difference between my guess and the guidlines.
