I dont think it does (i dont have the book infront of me).
surely you'll be able to get substitues of those particular grain in Australia. They might be called something else, but you'll need to have a chat to Ross from Craftbrewer to see whether he can point you in the right direction, then you can tell me....

I purchased the Beer Captured book
unfortunately I find the book next to useless because a lot of the ingredients are not available arround here
ie
British 55°crytal malt
British chocolate malt
Belgian special B malt
US 80°L crystal malt
Belgian Biscuit malt
I could list many many more
If a list of alternatives was available it would maybe easier

yeh.. its a special skill i have.... why i have never used the same skill to guess the lotto numbers i dont know...
