I put this one in the fermenter the other day
1.7kg can of coopers european lager.
1pkt head and body improver (greensborough hb)
28gs saaz hops.
I brought 5ltrs of water in my brew pot to the boil then droped the hops in and let the hops have a slow rolling boil for about 5mins (used a sterilised stocking, less mess is best) flamed out removed bag of hops then put contents of can and head and body improver in and mixed well ,poured mixture into fermenter and then made up to 23ltrs with cold water.Pitched Yeast (from Kit) @ arond 18c ,I didnt put the fermenter into my cupboard I've let it sit on my bench in garage @ 14c .Going nice and slow will do hydrometer test in a couple days try to leave for about 10-14 days then put in jerry can for c/c for 4-5weeks any thoughts?
