Going to put this down, just because I have everything in the cupboard.
1 can Tooheys Lager
500gm LDME
500gm Dextrose
150gm Pale Crystal grain steeped at 70 for 15 min
15gm Hallertau at 15 min
15gm Hallertau at flame out.
Bring 5 ltr water to boil and add LDME and dextrose. Bring back to rolling boil add 15gm of Hallertau. 15 minutes later flame out and add 15gm Hallertau. Add liquid off Crystal and can of goop. mix well and add to fermenter. Bring up to 22 litres with cold water. mix to aerate. tTake SG reading and pitch either S23 or W 34/70.

Should make a nice Munich style lager.
Either yeast should be good, but the W-34/70 should give you a cleaner beer, always provided you can ferment at proper lager temperatures.
