Little Creatures Bright Ale Extract Recipe

Enjoyed a fair few of these on Good Friday and after some snooping around on another forum came up with this.

A few modifications but the same hop scheduele.

12Lx Water
1.7kg WME
1.5kg DME
0.2kg Dextrose

1 x SNAPA PAC http://www.homebru.com.au/index.php?mai ... cts_id=616
Steeped in 1L 70oc Water 15 minutes (used some muslin and Sparged)

.25 Irish Moss Tablet

12.00 g. B-Saaz Pellet 6.80 9.4 45 min.
12.00 g. Cascade Pellet 5.90 8.2 45 min.
10.00 g. B-Saaz Pellet 6.80 4.2 15 min.
10.00 g. Cascade Pellet 5.90 3.7 15 min.
18.00 g. B-Saaz Pellet 6.80 0.0 0 min.
18.00 g. Cascade Pellet 5.90 0.0 0 min.

(Added the WME and Dextrose at flameout)

Topped up two 23L

US-05 Yeast


Anyone reckon this will need a dry hop?

Whats actually in that SNAPA PAC? Never heard of that before.

The blurry pic in the link oh-so-helpfully says "Contains: Crystal malt, wheat malt, hop pellets". Make of that what you will.
