Sorry if this is being a bit lazy, but I would like to know what my efficiency was using the details below.
If I apply the figures to the brew i just made last night, it will make a lot more sense for me. So many numbers in this craft if you want to get things right, but I am learning I think

I did a 90 minute boil, should have only done 60 as i lost 16% in the boil, but thats my first lesson learned, no harm done I dont think.
anyway, this was my recipe, Which is basically Docs JSGA All grain...
2.73 Kg Pale malt.
0.91 Kg Munich malt.
0.91Kg Wheat malt.
0.27 Kg Caramalt (Crystal 50).
Mash 1 Hr at 64.5 Degrees (wanted 67, maybe get it right next time, I learnt what I did wrong).
All Amarillo hops...
25g @ 60 mins.
15g @ 20 mins.
20g @ 5 mins.
Preboil volume 28.3 L
Preboil gravitry 1.033 @ 20 degrees.
90 minute boil (60 next time).
Post boil volume 21 L.
Post Chill volume 21 L.
Trub loss 3 L.
Topped up to 20.3 Litres in fermeter.
OG 1.045 @ 20 degrees.
Pitched 1 packet US05, (rehydrated for 1 Hr beforehand).
Please feel free to comment on any wrongdoings, and any advice is appreciated.
Cheers,
Chris
