A Belgian with a good whack of Cararoma and some T58 yeast would be good.
Yeah, that`s what we`d do...

One believes one should try following recipe (designed by one):

1 can Muntons Blonde Beer
1.5kg Coopers Liquid Wheat Malt extract
150g wheat dry malt
125grams Caramalt grain, steeped for 30 minutes
Hallertau hops - 12grams
Saaz - 12 grams
Muntons gold premium yeast - 6g. This is an ale yeast. I think it's along the lines of the US56. Or use the Safwheat K97.

Prime with dextrose.

It's very very nice but one recommends one give it around four WEeks in the bottle, in which case this will be a goodbye summer beer.

One also feels one should keep it at 22c using a WEt toWEl

So too is one. It's a shame that the only beer one has left is a very poor attempt one made at making a summer beer oneself, as evidenced by this thread http://www.homebrewandbeer.com/forum/vi ... php?t=4276

I blame one for the crappy beer and one's friends for the fact that said crappy beer is the only one one has left.
