Hey all,

So I've got 10gallons of beer that I want to rack off 1 gallon and try to sour it. Everything I've read suggests brett and oak - anyone have experience or recommendations?

depends on what your trying to achieve.
personally i really like the rosealare strain and the new er yeast bay strains but it all depends on what your trying to do.
