jnr,
After including shipping cost on a single keg the cost is only slightly less than what you can buy them for, in Perth at least. You also have the delivery time of up to 12 weeks to think about. HOwever if buying 4 kegs it does become a little better at around $185AU for the package.

If you go with it let us know how it turns out!

Various places in Perth jnr, but again postage to Vic would defeat the purpose of trying to save money! A local HBS had them out on special a while ago for $65 as is, so no guarrantee of being problem free. As I said, the package price is not bad for 4 kegs as postage doesn't seem to rise that much as you add the extra kegs.
There must be other outlets in Vic besides G&G that have kegs, what are there prices like?

Jnr

I was in Melbourne two weeks ago and stopped in at G & G and made some enquiries about getting kegging stuff to Perth. If you add about $40 to their basic package price that will be about what you will pay. But you only get one keg and you don't get the gas bottle.

So once you add the cost of a 2nd keg you are no better off than buying it here in Perth from West Brew or TWOC

They turned up this morning and only one didn't hold pressure. Condition was as good as you could buy locally. Must fill now!

I ordered 4 kegs too. They turned up this morning.

They were well worth the wait, I took them out of the box and got set up to clean them. I was very pleasantly surprised to see that they had all been steam cleaned in the States, prior to shipping. As an extra bonus there was a complete set of new seals and o-rings for the 4 kegs.

I would recomend others to deal with this company. Good kegs, good service.

I purchased 4 kegs on the 14th of June from here http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll ... %3AIT&rd=1
And received 2 emails saying they were being shipped.
Today I received another email with a scan of the US post declaration docket and it is dated 25th of JULY!!!
So they have only been shipped even though I bought them over a month ago. Now I still have to wait at least another 10 weeks.
If anyone is going to buy these kegs be prepared for a long wait as he said the pepsi kegs are getting hard to find.
I paid $170aud delivered.
Thanks,
Grant.

8-12 weeks from 25/7 would be about right. Half the wait is over.
I've bought from him twice now and never had a problem.
