

It doesn't seem that Hahn Premium is high on your list, but I really liked it when I had some on tap in Melbourne a couple of years ago. I'm a newbie extract homebrewer and am looking for recipes and tips for brewing a Hahn Premium style.
I've found Morgan's Aussie Lager, Wala's Lager, or Morgan's Blue Mountain Lager extract recommended. Any suggestions on which yeast to use? Also, I've found recipes listing hersbrucker hops (Std. Method) but also found someone mention that Hahn Premium uses NZ Super Alpha. Can anyone provide any insights on that. Also, they say hops "late in the brewing process" - which means late in the BOIL or late before bottling? (I told you I was a newbie)

Also, I believe that the Blue Mountain Lager is a pre-hopped extract. Does using a pre-hopped extract affect how much hops you use later, or is that taken into account in the recipe?
