A Homebrewer can f@#k things up and just chalk it up to experience. A Craft brewer considers himself too experienced to f@#k up....

So maybe they can't remember what goes in their brews!
Some people say I have a drinking Problem....
I drink, I get drunk, I fall over....
What's the problem?

i always thought a craft brewer was someone to "big" to be called a microbrewer *shrug*

wether you call them a HBer, a CBer or a MBer, what's impoart ins that they are not a CUBer ;)

I have been accused of being a Craft Brewer

However, this is the way it breaks down,

Home Brewers do it for personal consumption,

Craft Brewers can't guarantee the same beer twice but sell to the public, pay taxes etc but make like we make. Really

That's what I thought.

Tyrone & Jack: I don't know about less imagination, but I agree prob a little less experimentation. Too much time remaking your top sellers.

To be honest, I can only relate to what I know RP & that is Homebrewing...not that I am an expert mind you but brewing is brewing...at the end of the day, its all still beer!!
