I used to be a Holden man (hence the nickname), now I'm a beer man.

I drive a Nissan, I'd like to drive a Monaro, an F430, an M5, a DB9, an SLR, an RS4 or an Atom, and I think the 380 is an ugly and uninspiring car that is going to fail and signal the death of Mitsubishi in Australia.

I totally agree with you NT....however, I think there may be a rise in Pimp rides from the release of this commercial mechanical nightmare!

pfft..

I drive and love Subaru

I have driven and adore Mercedes, we hired a car in Germany and got upgraded... then upgraded again... then upgraded AGAIN!

Ended up with a Merc c180 Kompressor..

Its like a Turbo except being driven off the exhust pressure it is directlty driven off the driveshaft...

Had an awesome satelite nav system and spoke to you in English or German...

Fun days...

I own a Ford - Ford Escape, but honestly the only possible reason I bought it, is because it's built in a Mazda factory in Japan. The Escape is the twin car to the Mazda Tribute.

Porsche make the best engineered cars bar none - my favourite.

sounds like a dream run MHD,

although I'm Holden to the core, always have been, present vehicles are a pair of Mazda's a 2 and a 3, both the top of the line models.

Fuel economy has to be looked at these days unfortunately!! Just could justify keeping the V8 VL Calias, too heavy on juice, but bloody great fun to drive

Im afraid Im bit behind the times here in Horsham

Driving 1983 XE Ford Falcon S Pak

TV 1976 Rank Arena TV

Computer windows 95 IE4 hopeless can hardly search the internet now without illegal operations

Used Record player till 2002 tiill got cd player

no dvd as yet

Cars I had
1975 XB Ford Falcon
1976 HJ Holden Premier
1981 XD Ford Falcon

I like both Holden and Fords apart from DOOR handles

I think I have replaced door handles at least 27 times!!

But if I was after a new a car I probably go for a Holden or Ford probably the Commodore, I would always buy Australian produced cars to support the industry here and the quality is very good these days, I think Mitsubishi have had it in Australia the front end style of the 380 does nothing for me. Pity they didnt showed the proposed design to the public for feedback before they released it.

If money was no object I would like a Monaro

or a old ford falcon Cobra

does anyone watch Top Gear on SBS mondays at 7.30?

The presenter Jeremy Clarkson goes mad over the Bugatti Veyron a 1001 hp car
http://driving.timesonline.co.uk/articl ... 73,00.html

He also gives a glowing report about the Holden/vauxhall Monaro, its a pity they stopping manufacturing the monaro as they sell like hot cakes in the UK now after Jeremey Clarksons praise
http://driving.timesonline.co.uk/articl ... 85,00.html

Anyweay i have to go it is very smoky here from the bushfires, O ff to watch Matlock Police on the Rank Arena LOL Win Tv show Division 4, Matlock Police as night time telly in the country now, see I am years behind the times now, Micheal Pate and Grigor Taylor in a 1969 HG monaro LOL
